Countdown to this year’s festivities underway

Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia recently led the official launch of this year’s MassKara Festival at the Bacolod City Government Center. Part of the event included the unveiling of the “Countdown to the Ruby MassKara.”
Various city officials took part in officially starting the countdown clock, which is accessible on the MassKara Festival’s social media pages, “The MassKara Festival” and “Celebrate MassKara” on Facebook.
Joining the mayor during the launch were Festival Director Eli Francis Tajanlangit; City Councilor Israel Salanga, who serves as assistant festival director for festival sites; street and arena dance competition chair Rudy Reveche; Search for the Ruby MassKara Queen pageant director Sonny Cabahug; 2019 MassKara Festival logo creator Mark Lester Jarmin; among others.
This year’s festival is set to run from October 8 to 27.
