The Bacolod City branch of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) recently revealed, following the earlier suspension of small town lottery operations nationwide, losses last month totaled P120 million. The report comes after local operator Super Lucky Beagler, Inc. was permitted to resume operations at the beginning of this month.
Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo has since noted, operations would be allowed once the implementing rules and regulations were published as long as operators were cleared of any violations.
PCSO-Bacolod branch manager Jose Manuel Villagracia said, with Super Lucky Beagler back in operation, around 13,000 agents across the province are back to work.
President Rodrigo Duterte earlier suspended all PCSO gaming activities citing allegations of “massive corruption.”/DGB, WDJ
