PDEA seizes P816K worth of shabu in Bacolod City

An estimated P816,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized yesterday morning after Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) operatives served a search warrant to the residents of a home at the Gold Crest Subdivision in Bacolod City’s Barangay Bata.
PDEA agents identified the arrested suspects as 37-year-old Randy Hamantoc and his wife, 33-year-old Rogelina.
Based on information provided by PDEA agents, Hamantoc’s mother, Rhodora, was earlier arrested in Talisay City after they seized P5.4 million worth of suspected shabu from her residence.
The raid confiscated a total of 120 grams of suspected shabu, along with a pouch.
Agents added, both suspects faces charges in violation of Section 11, Article II of RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./DGB, WDJ
