Effective last Sunday, September 1, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) permitted small town lottery firm Super Lucky Beagler, Inc. to resume operations in Negros Occidental.
The government agency informed the firm’s president, Jexter Mercado, last month that resumption of operations were approved.
“You are advised to faithfully comply with your duties and obligations under the STL (small town lottery) agreement/deed of authority,” PCSO General Manager Royina Garma wrote in the letter.
