At least P180,000 worth of suspected shabu was confiscated Thursday night following a buy-bust operation at a boarding house at Purok DC-1 Phase 2 in Regent Pearl Homes Subdivision in Bacolod City’s Barangay Alijis.
Police identified the arrested suspect as 59-year-old Noel Baldomar, a resident of Purok Kabugwason in Bacolod City’s Barangay Mansilingan.
