At least P250,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized early yesterday morning after Police Station 3 (PS3) anti-drug operatives conducted a buy-bust in Bacolod City’s Barangay Banago.
Police identified the arrested suspect as 37-year-old Joer Parar, a resident of the said neighborhood.
PS3 commander, Police Major Ruel Culanag, said Parar is listed as a high-value drug target and previously surrendered to authorities under “Oplan: Tokhang.”
Culanag said they moved in after Parar sold one sachet of suspected shabu worth P500 to an undercover cop.
Police recovered a total of six sachets of suspected shabu with a combined weight of 20 grams.
Parar faces illegal drugs charges and is detained at PS3./DGB, WDJ
