Garcia-Yulo: Peña put the process on hold

Moises Padilla Mayor Ella Garcia-Yulo yesterday distributed certificates of land ownership award (CLOAs) to 66 beneficiaries on 206 hectares of land at Sitio Santos Santos in the town’s Barangay Quintin Remo.
The mayor said the move was in line with President Rodrigo Duterte’s “whole of government approach” saying, “We want them to feel the presence of the government.”
She said the distribution was “long overdue,” blaming her predecessor, former Moises Padilla Mayor Magdaleno Peña, for putting the process “on hold.”
