F2 Logistics suffers first All-Filipino Conference loss

The F2 Logistics Cargo Movers recently suffered their first loss in the 2019 Philippine SuperLiga All-Filipino Conference after falling 26-28, 27-29, 25-19, 25-20, 15-6 to the Petron Blaze Spikers at the San Juan Arena.
Cherry Rondina led the win with 22 points off 21 kills; while Frances Molina added 20 points; Negrense outside hitter Bernadeth Pons added 16 markers; Mika Reyes provided 10 points; Rhea Dimaculangan dished out 32 excellent sets on top of four markers; and Denise Lazaro offered up 29 digs and excellent receptions.
After losing the first two sets, Rondina led the Blaze Spikers’ comeback. She and Pons were on fire in the third and fourth sets.
Petron continued their run in the fifth set as Dimaculangan’s setting proved effective as the Cargo Movers committed four straight errors, giving the Blaze Spikers a formidable 10-0 spread./ASC, WDJ
