The Negros Occidental Language Information Technology Center (NOLITC) graduated 111 students in a culmination ceremony earlier this week in Bacolod City.
Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson was present for the event and congratulated the graduates.
“Now is the time that you do your part,” he said. “Do well and study in your chosen field.”
“A lot of lives have been deeply transformed by education and I am glad that you are going to be one of [them],” the governor added.
Meanwhile, NOLITC Vocational School Administrator, Dr. Cristina Orbecido, highlighted the partnership the organization has with Bacolod City-based business process outsourcing firms, or call centers, which serve as a primary source of employment for graduates./WDJ
