San Sebastian College-Recoletos (SSC-R) suffered their first loss in the 95th NCAA senior men’s basketball season after falling 80-69 to Lyceum of the Philippines University earlier this week at the San Juan Arena.
After falling behind by as much as 13 points, Enzo Navarro, alongside twins Jayvee and Jaycee Marcelino, led Lyceumon a 28-13 run in the fourth quarter.
Jayvee Marcelino led the win with 12 points; while his brother, Navarro and Enoch Valdez each added 11.
In other results, Jose Rizal University beat University of Perpetual Help System DALTA-Atlas, 71-66; and Colegio de San Juan de Letran came from behind to defeat Emilio Aguinaldo College, 91-89./ASC, WDJ
