The Philippine National Police-Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (PNP-SOSIA) ordered Vallacar Transit Incorporated (VTI) President Roy Yanson to cease from “creating further tensions” among company employees.
Based on a document signed by PNP-SOSIA chief, Police Brigadier General Noli Romana, and forwarded to Watchmen Daily Journal, Yanson was told to stop from conducting further acts while awaiting a final decision or order from the appropriate judicial body.
Romana also requested Yanson to initiate a dialogue among the concerned parties and local police in order to maintain peace and order in their terminals.
He added, the letter pertains to the pending intra-corporate dispute before the Bacolod City Regional Trial Court-Branch 53.
Over the weekend, the current administration overseeing VTI moved to replace the company’s security company, hiring AY-76 Security Specialists Incorporated to replace the AGNSA Negros Security Agency./DGB, WDJ
