The Philippines surged to a 16-9 start with seven straight points from Phelps, while later grew to 27-13 at the end of the period with Jeremiah Grey and Gabriel Banal adding to the tally.
The Indonesians were unable to provide answers for the Philippines in the second period with Yeo hoisting back-to-back triples and Hamady N’Diaye scoring inside for a 45-30 halftime edge.
The lead grew further in the second half with Phelps and Yeo making outside hits, along with Balkman and Grey penetrating the Indonesian defense.
