Newly-inaugurated Negros Occidental Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer claimed there is an overwhelming demand for jobs within his office, telling members of the media yesterday morning that his phone is “flooded with messages from jobseekers.”
“We will try to help as many as we can but we also have to consider our budget limitation,” he stated.
The former congressman also mentioned a need to adjust his schedule.
“I have to wake up early to be here early,” he noted.
Meanwhile, he also said the issue of committee chairmanships for the Negros Occidental Provincial Board are still being finalized./DGB, WDJ
