Amid speculation circulation on social media, the Bacolod City Engineer’s Office recently denied allegations claiming the P4.8 million Halandumon Tower, a structure located at the corner of Gonzaga-Gatuslao Streets, is overpriced.
According to Project Engineer Xenia Locsin, the structure is comprised of steel, concrete, and programmable LED lighting.
They added, the structure has also been made to withstand various types of weather.
