Tay Tung beats IDC

Bacolod Tay Tung High School opened their title retention campaign in the ongoing Rebisco Volleyball League 18-Under regional finals with a 25-15, 25-13 straight set victory over Iloilo Doctors’ College (IDC) last Thursday at the University of St. La Salle (USLS) gym in Bacolod City.
Erika Deloria took the lead for the defending champions.
In other matches, Calvary Baptist Academy of Pontevedra won 28-26, 27-25 over Malay National High School; Trinity Christian School scored a 25-18, 25-19 win over Palanguia National High School; Colegio San Nicolas De Tolentino-Recoletos came from behind to earn a 26-28, 25-20, 15-11 victory over USLS; Central Philippine University won 25-11, 25-8 over Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod; and Supang National High School scored a 25-21, 25-20 victory over Living Stones International School./ASC, WDJ
