UNO-R loses to UST in the finals

The University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (UNO-R) finished second in the Mayor Braeden John Q. Biron Intercollegiate Football Invitational Tournament after their 2-0 loss to the University of Santo Tomas in last Tuesday’s final at the Barotac Nuevo football field.
Conrado Dimacali opened scoring in the 10th minute, with Glenn Thomas Ramos doubling the lead in the 29th minute.
Meanwhile, Barotac Nuevo National Comprehensive High School took third place following their 1-0 win over Arellano University in the consolation match.
Carl Franz Mahinay scored the match winner in the 32nd minute./ASC, WDJ
