Ilonggo shooting guard Jericho Cruz recently swapped TNT KaTropa for the NLEX Road Warriors in a three-team trade.
According to the deal, which is still pending approval from the PBA Commissioner’s Office, center Michael Miranda will move to NorthPort Batang Pier and forward Marion Magat transfers to TNT KaTropa.
“Tagal na naming hinihintay, kailangan namin talaga (We have been waiting for a long time, we really need him),” said NLEX assistant coach Jojo Lastimosa. “Kailangan namin ng veteran presence and firepower (We need a veteran presence and firepower).”
Cruz previously played under NLEX Road Warriors Yeng Guiao when the two were with the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters./ASC, WDJ
