Rolando Servania of Bacolod City defeated Pablito Cañada via unanimous decision last Sunday at TV5 Studio in Novaliches, Quezon City. The win maintained the Bacolodnon’s undefeated record, which now stands at 9-0-0.
Servania opened the bout in aggressive fashion, pummeling Cañada with multiple combinations early on and nearly flooring his opponent midway in the fight after cornering him.
With the Bacolodnon landing combinations and a massive hook, Cañada made a final push in the eighth and final round but it was not enough to turn the result around./ASC, WDJ
