Tay Tung elevates three volleyball players

Bacolod Tay Tung High School elevated three players to their secondary girls’ volleyball team. Tay Tung assistant coach Biboy Calamba confirmed to Watchmen Daily Journal that libero Gwen Banas, middle blocker Nicolei Galvan, and hitter Kathleen Tan will be joining the squad.
With hitter Erika Deloria, middle blocker Dya Mejos, and libero Beatrice Decena exiting the team, the three will be playing alongside Shane Carmona, Joan Marie Monares, Alyssa Bertolano, Katherine Cortez, Nikha Cabasac, Rhean Almendralejo, Kiesha Bedonia, and Aurea Alvero in the school’s upcoming competitions.
The team’s first test will be in the 2019 Rebisco Volleyball League regional finals, which take place from June 13 to 16 at the University of St. La Salle gym in Bacolod City./ASC, WDJ
