In response to a request of support for a proposed gymnasium for Negros Occidental High School (NOHS), Bacolod City lone district Rep. Greg Gasataya said he would call on the national government for assistance.
In addition to the congressman, NOHS Principal Mario Amaca also sought assistance from Negros Occidental Governor-elect Eugenio Jose Lacson and Vice Governor-elect Jeffrey Ferrer.
Meanwhile, NOHS Class of 1985 President Noel Iligan said his batch has also pledged support for the project.
The school is in need of a new gym facility as they are no longer able to use the Paglaum Sports Complex./DGB, WDJ
