The Western Visayas Private Schools Athletic Association (WVPRISAA) secondary girls’ beach volleyball team picked up a bronze medal in the 2019 PRISAA National Games last Thursday after defeating the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) in the consolation match.

“I am thankful to [Lorien Gamboa] and [Julienne Javelosa] because I really had an off game versus BARMM,” said Bea Louise Gapusan. “It was really a team effort.”

Gapusan is set to swap the St. John’s Institute for the University of Santo Tomas when she begins senior high school.
