A tricycle driver was arrested late Wednesday night by members of Police Station 10 (PS10) following a buy-bust operation in Bacolod City’s Barangay Handumanan.
Police identified the arrested suspect as Charles Ortaliz, a resident of Purok Phase 6 in the said barangay.
PS10 records indicated Ortaliz was arrested after he allegedly sold one sachet of suspected shabu to a police poseur-buyer.
A search of the suspect yielded a total four sachets of suspected shabu with a market value of P15,000.
Ortaliz faces illegal drugs charges and is detained at PS10./DGB, WDJ
