At least P309,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized over the weekend following a buy-bust operation conducted by City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) anti-drug operatives of the Galo-Ramos Streets in Bacolod City’s Barangay 22.
Police identified the arrested as Dennis Villanueva and Joemil Dellave, both residents of the said barangay.
CDEU moved in after Villanueva handed over one sachet of suspected shabu in exchange for P1,000.
A follow-up search later recovered a total of 15 sachets of suspected shabu with a combined weight of 35 grams, the P1,000 marked money, and a digital weighing scale.
