Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU) claimed the UAAP Season 81 men’s football title after their 2-1 win last Thursday over De La Salle University (DLSU) at the Rizal Memorial Football Stadium in Manila.

DLSU’s Mohammad Almohjili opened scoring in the 78th minute; however, AdMU, through Jarvey Gayoso, managed to score the equalizer in stoppage time, which forced the match to go into extra time.

Julian Roxas then score the decisive goal and put AdMU ahead in the 100th minute.

Meanwhile, on the ladies’ side, DLSU defeated Far Eastern University, 2-0./ASC, WDJ
