The Mambukal Mountain Resort recently reported Holy Week earnings of P1,777,225.

Easter Sunday raked in the most with a total P401,105 collected, P188,060 of which came from entrance fees.

The entire observance saw 16,571 visitors to the government-operated resorts with 5,180 coming on Easter Sunday alone.

According to acting Negros Occidental Provincial Administrator, Dr. Lucille Gelvolea, Mambukal offers visitors an opportunity for reflection, relaxation, and family bonding./DGB, WDJ
