Kaya FC opens season

against Air Force FC today

Kaya FC-Iloilo opens their 2019 Philippine Premier League (PPL) campaign against Philippine Air Force FC today at the Rizal Memorial Football Stadium in Manila.

The match is scheduled to kickoff at 7:00 p.m. and follows the faceoff between Green Archers United FC and Mendiola FC, which kicks off at 4:00 p.m.

The PPL, which replaces the Philippines Football League, was initially scheduled to run from March to December, alongside the Copa Paulino Alcantara, but the original opening day was pushed back.

The league, however, is still expected to commence through the end of the year.
