Eight Negros Occidental teams

join Dumaguete City competition

Eight teams from Negros Occidental will be participating in the Dumaguete City leg of the 2019 Beach Volleyball Republic on Tour (BVR Tour), which begins tomorrow, April 26, at the Rizal Boulevard sand court.

Alexa Polidario and Erjane Magdato of the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos will be looking to defend their title against 11 other teams in the women’s division.

The other Negrense teams in the women’s competition include Bianca Lizares and Jennifer Cosas of Smash Bacolod, Nohlin Jundana and Ceejay Recayo of the University of St. La Salle (USLS), Jesalen Moises and Gelamie Villanueva of Sipalay City,

Meanwhile, four Negros Occidental-based teams will also be competing on the men’s side, including Marvin Haresco and Mike Anton Beronio of the Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod, Herold Parcia and Deanne Neil Depedro of USLS, Christian Marcelino and Simon Aguillon representing Bacolod City, and Rawsa Inaudito and Nichol Jundana of Gandang Laban./ASC, WDJ
