Talisay City candidate wins Lin-ay sang Negros 2019

Talisay City’s Roxanne Toleco was crowned Lin-ay sang Negros last Friday during the coronation night at Panaad Park and Stadium.
In an interview with members of the media following the event, the newly-crowned beauty queen said she is thankful to have won this year’s pageant.
Toleco, a second year psychology student of the University of St. La Salle, said she plans on finishing her studies and, if given the chance, she wants to participate in international beauty pageants.
Aside from earning the crown, Toleco also bagged other awards such as Miss Photogenic, Best in Evening Gown, along with three corporate awards.
Meanwhile, Sagay City’s Jarizz Borcelas was crowned 1st runner-up and Leila Jules Sarino of Hinoba-an won 2nd runner-up.
Borcelas was also the recipient of special prizes, winning the swimwear special award and the People’s Choice Award./DGB, WDJ
