La Castellana wins back-to-back ‘best destination’ honors

For the second year in a row, the La Castellana pavilion was named “Best Tourism Destination” for the municipal level in the ongoing Panaad sa Negros Festival, which is taking place at the Panaad Park and Stadium.

La Castellana Mayor Rhumyla Nicor-Mangilimutan credited support and cooperation from town residents for the recognition.

The La Castellana pavilion presents the town as a summer getaway destination for the various spring resorts located in the municipality.

It also features a mural of the local cherry blossom native to the area, along with presenting local delicacies and farm products.

Meanwhile, Sagay City won for the city level./DGB, WDJ
