BTTHS opens FCAAF with 20 gold medals

Bacolod Tay Tung High School opened their Filipino-Chinese Amateur Athletic Federation (FCAAF) Track and Field Invitational Cup campaign over the weekend by winning 20 gold medals.

Krisha Dedoyco Aguillon and Ana Hermosura began the medal spree by each taking home three gold medals in the in elementary category. Jade Cordova then captured gold in the 400-meter hurdles, while April Anne Dealagdon dominated the 1500-meter run.

In the secondary division, Hannah Jandra Delotavo, May Therese Gula, and Franz Gela Bintad each won two gold medals.

Jaden Gil Rivera also won gold in the secondary boys’ 1500-meter run and 3000 meter steeple chase; while Ralph Acuna took gold in the 400-meter run.

In addition, Antonette Jay and Ara Rahbea won gold medals in secondary girls’ long jump and 400-meter hurdles, respectively./ASC, WDJ
