He allegedly killed his wife then himself.

The 47-year-old Gerald Lozada was found dead hanging with a nylon rope tied around his neck in a rented house in Purok San Roque, Barangay Tangub, Bacolod City yesterday.

Lozada – a native of Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City – allegedly stabbed dead his 41-year-old wife Hanilyn, a native of Barangay 1, Isabela, Negros Occidental.

Hanilyn sustained a stab wound on the neck. Her body was found in their house in Purok Paghidaet, Barangay Handumanan, Bacolod City.

Officers from Police Station 8 and 10 have yet to determine the motive in the stabbing./DGB, WDJ
