Isabela Mayor Joselito Malabor yesterday announced “all is set” for the Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HnP) grand rally set to take place on Monday, March 25, at the town’s Socio-Cultural Center.

As earlier reported, Davao City Mayor Sarah Duterte will lead the event.

In addition to the presidential daughter, the mayor also revealed House Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is expected to attend. The former president’s husband, José Miguel ‘Mike’ Arroyo, is originally from the municipality.

“We are  happy and proud to host this big event that will gather around 17,000 people from all over the of the province,” Malabor stated./DGB, WDJ
