Two houses were destroyed Sunday night after a fire broke out near the dumpsite in Barangay Felisa, Bacolod City.

Based on reports released by the Bacolod City Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the fire started at the home of John Richard Amiado.

The fire then quickly traveled to a house owned by Rolis Quillain.

BFP firefighters and local volunteer groups immediately arrived on the scene and controlled the blaze within minutes.

Arson investigators have yet to determine what caused the blaze and are presently conducting an investigation./DGB, WDJ
