Kaya FC pummels Home United, 5-0

Kaya FC-Iloilo went on a goal scoring spree in their 5-0 win over Home United of Singapore last night in the 2019 AFC Cup at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City.

Darryl Roberts and Alfred Osei each scored a brace, while Ilonggo Jovin Bedic added another for Kaya FC.

Roberts scored quickly into the match, meeting the back of the next with a header in the 2nd minute. Bedic then doubled the lead in the 32nd. Four minutes later, Roberts sealed his brace, giving the Iloilo City-based club a 3-0 first half lead.

Osei delivered his brace in the second half, scoring in the 48th and 55th minutes.

With their earlier draw with Lao Toyota FC, Kaya FC currently sits atop Group H on four points./ASC, WDJ
