A tricycle driver was arrested late Wednesday night after he was caught selling illegal drugs at Sitio Carolina in La Carlota City’s Barangay 2.

Police identified the suspect as 21-year-old Glenn Pedrosa, a resident of the said area.

La Carlota City police chief, Police Major Romeo Vargas, said they arrested Pedrosa after he sold one sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover cop in exchange for P300.

A search of the suspect yielded three more sachets of suspected shabu, a disposable lighter, and the P300 marked money.

Pedrosa faces illegal drugs charges and is detained at the La Carlota City Police Station./DGB, WDJ
