Jeff Manday came up with clutch conversions as the Negros Occidental Private School Sports, Cultural and Educational Association (NOPSSCEA) tertiary men’s basketball team cruised to a 66-63 win over their Iloilo counterparts in Game 2, capturing the 2019 Western Visayas Private Schools Athletic Association (WVPRISAA) Meet title last Monday at the STI-West Negros University gym in Bacolod City.

The Bacolod City native, who was drafted by the Che’lu Bar and Grill Revellers in the 2018 PBA Developmental League, was named Most Valuable Player.

Also on the NOPSSCEA tertiary men’s basketball team roster were Billy Rojo, Janjan Egat, Sean Sajo, Jloyd Licawan, Vladimer Pangantihon, Christian Montepio, and Reymart Carano.
