At least P75,000 worth of suspected shabu was recently confiscated following a buy-bust operation at Purok Cagaycay in Bacolod City’s Barangay 2.

Police identified the arrested suspect as 19-year-old Leomar Dayon, a resident of the said area. Cops, meanwhile, refused to identify the second suspect as he is a minor.

City Drug Enforcement Unit head, Police Lieutenant Colonel Leonardo Borromeo, said they recovered five sachets of suspected shabu from the suspects, along with the P500 marked money.

Dayon is facing charges for possession and sale of illegal drugs and is detained at Police Station 2. The minor, meanwhile, has been turned over to the city’s Social Development Center./DGB, WDJ
