Property developer Megaworld Corporation yesterday announced land development for their 15-hectare Forbes Hill project is complete and the turnover of lots is now ongoing.

Megaworld-Bacolod Vice President for Sales and Marketing Rachelle Peñaflorida said, within the next three years, “People will begin to see the new lifestyle district rising in the northern part of Bacolod City.”

She went on to call the property “a perfect stopover,” particularly for tourists and visitors for those arriving and departing for Bacolod-Silay Airport.

Meanwhile, the property’s clubhouse, which sits on one hectare of land, was also completed and includes a fountain, garden, gym, basketball court, among other amenities./DGB, WDJ
