Columbian Dyip ended their losing streak in the ongoing 2019 Honda PBA Philippine Cup following a come-from-behind 86-85 win over the Meralco Bolts last night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Rashawn McCarthy led the Dyip with a conference-high 30 points, including six triples; while Glenn Khobuntin and Eric James Camson added 14 and 10 markers, respectively.

Down by as much as nine points in the opening half, the Dyip began climbing back in the third period on conversions from McCarthy, Camson, and Khobuntin to take a 47-45 advantage.

The Bolts regained a 56-51 advantage off back-to-back shots from Clifford Hodge and Baser Amer but the Dyip countered with another run to take a 77-71 lead on free throws from McCarthy.

The Dyip were still up 86-80 after a triple by McCarthy but the Bolts made its last push on two free throws and a triple by Chris Newsome to narrow the gap to 86-85.
