Order of Augustinian Recollects prior general, Rev. Fr. Miguel Miró Miró, has been visiting recollect communities since February 11. He arrived in the Bacolod City area yesterday and will be around until tomorrow, February 27.

The church official is expected to make stops across Bacolod City at the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (UNO-R), St. Ezekiel Moreno Monastery in Barangay Tangub, and Recoletos Social Outreach Center in Handumanan.

In addition, he will also be visiting UNO-Recoletos de Talisay.

Miró Miró will be taking part in the blessing and inauguration of the Nuestra Señora de la Salud Hall; along with meeting with members of the Recoletos de Bacolod community, Secular Augustinian Recollects Fraternity, and Recoletos Augustinian Youth.

The visit is being billed as “Visita de Renovacion” and will be his final visit as prior general./WDJ
