After defeating Iloilo 4-2 yesterday in the ongoing 2019 Western Visayas Regional Athletic Association meet at the Villareal Stadium in Roxas City, Capiz, the Negros Occidental secondary boys’ football team faces a decider in their gold medal match.

The Ilonggo side carries a twice-to-beat advantage with the crucial match being played as of press time.

Meanwhile, the Negros Occidental elementary boys’ football team finished in second place, losing 4-3 on penalties to Iloilo./ASC, WDJ
