Property developer Megaworld Corporation yesterday unveiled their second condominium tower for the Upper East Township project, located in the eastern portion of Bacolod City.
Their second unit, dubbed Two Regis, is a 14-story residential tower and will be located at the corner of Regis and Madison Streets, beside the proposed Megaworld Lifestyle Mall.
The facility is expected to feature a variety of units, from studios to two-bedroom condos.
The residential tower will also feature three Skygardens, two of which will be located on the 12th floor and one on the 8th.
Megaworld-Bacolod Vice President for Sales and Marketing Rachelle Peñaflorida said the “overwhelming success” of their first residential tower, the One Regis, is “clear indication” the city has “embraced the convenience of both condo living and township living.”
“The master planned township concept that we are bringing to Bacolod makes Megaworld different as a condominium developer and we are happy to pioneer this concept in Negros,” she added.
Two Regis will also feature a lap pool, kiddie pool, fitness center, daycare center, and function rooms.
Megaworld is expected to generate a total P1.5 billion in sales from the new residential tower./DGB, WDJ
