The Perlas Lady Spikers retained their title during the 16th Iloilo Paraw Regatta National Women’s Beach Volleyball Tournament, which concluded over the weekend at the Joe III Garden in Iloilo City’s Arevalo district, after defeating University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos Team A (UNO-R Team A) in the finals 21-14, 21-15.

The Lady Spikers were comprised of Floriemel Rodrigues and Bea Tan, a Negrense.

Meanwhile, Sta. Lucia Lady Realtors-Iloilo took third place after beating the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in the consolation match.

Among individual awards, Tan was named MVP, Rodrigues as Best Blocker, Jackielyn Estoquia of the Sta. Lucia Lady Realtors – Best Spiker, Erjane Magdato of UNO-R Team A – Best Setter, Babylove Barbon of UST – Best Receiver, and Roma Joy Doromal of National University – Best Server.
