Ceneco elects Bacolod City member-consumer-owner officers

The Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Ceneco) recently conducted elections for member-consumer-owner officers across Bacolod City’s five districts. The elected parties are responsible for coordinating with district directors in an effort to improve services by the utility cooperative.

Paul Anieve was elected chair for District 1, or Bacolod North, which services Barangays 1 to 7, Bata, Banago, and Mandalagan; Rogelio Francisco won in District II (Bacolod South), which includes Barangays Taculing, Felisa, Handumanan, Cabug, Pahanocoy, Sum-ag, Punta Taytay, Tangub, and Alijis; John Nico Yap won in District III, which covers Bacolod Central, including Barangays 17 through 20, 22 through 33, and 40 and 41; Ernesto Pineda was elected in District IV, covering Bacolod East, which includes Barangays Villamonte, Montevista, Alangilan, Granada, Estefania, Vista Alegre, Mansilingan, and Abkasa; and Rodolfo Song won in District V, which is comprised of Bacolod West, including Barangays 8 to 16, 21, 34 to 39, and Singcang-Airport.

Each chairperson was also elected alongside a vice chairperson, treasurer, and secretary./WDJ
