A woman was allegedly victimized by a snatcher Thursday morning along Locsin Street in Bacolod City.
Police identified the victim as 36-year-old Michelle Makilan, a resident of Libertad Baybay in the said city’s Barangay 16.
According to police, Makilan was standing in front of a gasoline station when the unidentified thief snatched her mobile phone.
Makilan tried to chase the suspect but the assailant managed to outrun her and escaped./DGB, WDJ
