Former Ceres-Negros FC midfielder Manuel Ott, who is currently signed with Thai League 1 club Ratchaburi Mitrphol FC, sustained a major injury ahead of this month’s season opener.

The club posted an update on social media informing the public of Ott’s shin injury, which he picked up during preseason training camp.

He is expected to be out for three months.

Prior to his move to Thailand, Ott spent five years with Ceres-Negros FC and was part of the team’s three championships – one in the United Football League and two in Philippines Football League. Both leagues have since been dissolved./ASC, WDJ
