The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA-Atlas (UPHSD Altas) upset De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (CSB), winning 25-17, 27-29, 19-25, 26-24, 16-14 in the NCAA Season 94 women’s volleyball semifinals last Tuesday at the San Juan Arena.

Cindy Imbo delivered a performance to remember for UPHSD Altas with 32 points on 29 attacks, two blocks, and a service ace.

After being down two sets to one, and down 22-12 in the fourth, UPHSD Altas went on a 14-2 run to force a deciding set.

In the fifth set, the eventual winners were down 10-7 before going on a 6-0 run to take a 13-10 lead.

While CSB forced a 14-14 draw, an attack and a service ace by Imbo clinched the win./ASC, WDJ
