Tour guide equipment turned over in Sagay City

In an effort to promote a more sustainable ecosystem, tour guide equipment was recently turned over to the Suyac Island Eco-Park Tourist Attendant Association and the Molocaboc Island Reef Rangers Association. In addition, a memorandum of agreement was signed between Sagay City Mayor Alfredo Marañon III, Vice Mayor Fortunato Javelosa, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Officer Edgardo Rostata, and City Environment and Natural Resources Officer Rally Cagayanan at the mayor’s office.

The event was conducted in accordance with the Coastal and Marine Ecosystems Management Program, which seeks to manage, address, and effectively reduce degradation to coastal and marine ecosystems.
