Tourism-oriented and tourism-related establishments accredited by the Department of Tourism (DOT) participated in the Dinagyang Festive Parade last Saturday, part of the highlights of the annual Iloilo Dinagyang Festival, which closed over the weekend.

“After [the] 2019 Dinagyang Festive Parade, it will never be the same again for DOT-accredited entities of the Western Visayas,” said DOT-Region VI (DOT-6) director, Atty. Helen J. Catalbas. “DOT-6 has set the record uniting competing tourism-oriented establishments and tourism-related establishments to be part of the celebration.”

A total 34 performers, representing over 25 establishments, took part in the parade./WDJ
