Bacolodnons rule half marathon

Romulo Balinas and Jennelyn Nobleza of Bacolod City ruled the 9th Iloilo Dinagyang Half Marathon, which took place yesterday at SM City Iloilo, located in the city’s Mandurriao district.

Balinas took the men’s race, clocking in at 1:14:02; while Nobleza captured the ladies’ side with a time of 1:40:49.

The two were each awarded P5,000.

The event was part of the ongoing Iloilo Dinagyang Festival./ASC, WDJ
